Alec Ede

Alec S. Ede is an associate in the Miami office of Wicker Smith, focusing primarily on Tax and Estate Planning matters.

Prior to joining Wicker Smith in 2024, Alec practiced at a national full-service business law firm where he handled estate-planning, probate, trust administration, and corporate tax law matters. Alec graduated from  Florida State University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. He then went on to earn his Juris Doctor and Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2022.

During law school, Alec served as a judicial intern at The Eleventh Judicial Circuit for the Honorable Nushin G. Sayfie. He also volunteered with a Miami legal aid organization where he assisted low-income residents in IRS Deficiency proceedings.

During his free time, Alec enjoys playing golf and going out on the boat. He is admitted to practice in the state of Florida.
