Linda Fink

Linda Fink is an Associate in the Naples office of Wicker Smith where she focuses her practice primarily on general liability matters.

Coming from a transactional real estate law firm, Linda brings a wealth of experience to the firm having represented and assisted commercial and residential landlords, developers, real estate investors, and individuals with various real estate related needs and issues, including but not limited to negotiating leases, closings, land use, estate planning, business disputes, and litigation.

Linda attended the Fashion Institute of Technology where she earned both a Bachelor of Fine Arts and an Associate Degree in Applied Science, graduating cum laude. Before pursuing a career in law, she worked as a professional liability underwriter for a national full-service insurance agency and served as an operations manager for a multi-branch dental practice. However, her most demanding yet rewarding role to date has been as a devoted mother and caretaker to her three sons.

After more than a decade of being a stay-at-home mom, during which she learned invaluable lessons in patience and unwavering commitment, she decided to pursue her passion for law. This journey led her to Ave Maria School of Law, where she graduated, magna cum laude, with her Juris Doctor in 2017. While in law school, Linda earned multiple CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Constitutional Law, Criminal Procedure, Business Planning and Florida Constitutional Law. She also served as Senior Editor for the Ave Maria Law Review.

Outside of practicing law, Linda enjoys painting, cooking, gardening, reading history, and spending time with family. She is admitted to practice in the state of Florida.
