Wicker Smith Partners Nominated for FLABOTA’s 2020 “Trial Lawyer of the Year”

Oscar J. Cabanas focuses his practice in healthcare, professional liability, products liability, commercial litigation, and transportation. For over 35 years, Mr. Cabanas has represented healthcare providers in complex medical malpractice actions, general liability cases, and transportation cases. His experience includes bringing major catastrophic injury cases involving paraplegic, quadriplegic, brain damage, and other life-changing injuries to complete defense verdict where the plaintiffs blackboard eight-figure damages. He also litigates business and commercial disputes.
Over the last 26 years, Kevin W. Crews has engaged in active civil and administrative trial practice, focusing on the defense of corporate institutions and professional liability. He has significant experience in handling and trying catastrophic injury cases involving hospital and medical negligence, premises liability, negligent security, construction defects, products liability, automobile liability and commercial transportation liability. Additionally, Mr. Crews also represents multiple fortune 100 and fortune 500 companies in the defense of tort and contractual claims.
