Tyler StiglichBiographyTyler Thomas Stiglich is an associate in the Melbourne office of Wicker Smith where he focuses his practice primarily on general liability, automobile negligence, premises liability, commercial transportation, first party property, and insurance matters. Tyler has vast experience in first-party property, insurance disputes, general liability, PIP, insurance defense, and real estate transactions, with a proven track record of consistently delivering successful outcomes for clients. He started his career as an Assistant Public Defender in Florida’s 9th Judicial Circuit in Orlando where he represented defendants without resources to hire a lawyer and took numerous cases to trial that sharpened his trial advocacy skills. After the Public Defender’s office, Tyler worked for some of Florida’s largest Litigation Firms where he gained invaluable litigation experience and trial experience handling liability cases from their inception to trial or resolution. Tyler also managed his own private practice where he focused primarily on transactional law, contractual law, regulatory law, real estate law, and civil litigation. Prior to joining Wicker Smith in 2024, Tyler practiced as a Class Action Litigation Attorney in Orlando, Florida where he handled consumer protection class actions for timeshare cancellation and divestment. Tyler earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oregon and then continued on to Barry University School of Law where he received his Juris Doctor, graduating cum laude and in the top 20% of his class. While in law school, he was chosen to represent his school on the Moot Court team and participated as an oral advocate and brief writer in 2 national competitions. Tyler also served as a judicial intern in Florida’s Eighteenth Circuit. Outside of practicing law, Tyler enjoys spending time with his family, going to the beach, and fishing.
