Daniel Ieraci

Daniel F. Ieraci is a Partner in Wicker Smith’s Fort Lauderdale office where his practice focuses on state and federal litigation involving catastrophic personal injury and liability in the areas of premises liability, negligence, and negligent security. Mr. Ieraci also participates in pre-suit investigations, management and mitigation of risk, motor vehicle negligence, and construction litigation.

In 2013, Mr. Ieraci graduated from Florida State University where he majored in Political Science and minored in Hospitality and Business Administration. He then went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law in 2016 where he graduated cum laude. While in law school, Mr. Ieraci was a member of The Moot Court Society and Phi Alpha Delta. Prior to joining Wicker Smith in 2018, he practiced at another South Florida firm where he handled first and third party insurance defense in the areas of homeowner’s insurance, premises liability, and automotive negligence.

Mr. Ieraci was admitted to practice in the State of Florida in 2016. He is an active member of The Florida Bar, Broward County Bar Association, Florida Defense Lawyers Association and American Bar Association.
