Garrett Moon

Garrett Moon is an associate in Wicker Smith’s Fort Lauderdale office. He is involved in a range of practice areas, with a primary focus on Commercial Litigation, General Liability, Insurance/Bad Faith, and Medical Care.

Mr. Moon attended the University of Florida, where he double-majored in Economics and Business Administration. He graduated in 2020 and elected to continue this education at University of Florida Levin College of Law. He received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, in 2023.

During law school, Mr. Moon was the Senior Managing Editor of the Journal of Law and Public Policy and the Vice-Chair of Special Events for the Moot Court Team. He made the Dean’s List for five semesters, earned a Pro Bono Recognition Award for completing more than 150 hours of service, and earned the Book Award in Strategic Case Management in Florida.

Mr. Moon served as a Judicial Intern for Judge Rachel E. Nordby at the Florida First District Court of Appeal, as well as a summer associate at an insurance defense firm in South Florida, before joining Wicker Smith as an associate in 2023.
