John CampbellBiographyJohn A. Campbell, III has been with Wicker Smith since 1993. He began his career in the Miami office representing insurers, developers and contractors in claims arising out of Hurricane Andrew. In 2o16, he was chosen to open the firm’s office in Pensacola, and he has been the managing partner there ever since. For more than 30 years, John has represented defendants in claims arising from medical and professional malpractice, trucking and auto accidents, premises liability, long term care liability, construction defects, property damage, and product liability. A skilled trial lawyer, John has tried high exposure cases in courts all throughout Florida involving catastrophic injury, paralysis, amputation, brain damage, disfigurement, and death. John’s experience also includes representing engineers, architects, contractors, and water/mold mitigation companies in matters arising from residential and commercial buildings, condominiums and bridge construction, as well as pharmaceutical distributors, pharmacies, manufacturers of ladders, gun safes, medical devices, and air conditioners. John attended Florida International University for his undergraduate degree, and earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, in 1993 from University of Miami School of Law. He is admitted to practice in both State and Federal Court, and is an active member of the Escambia and Santa Rosa County Bar Associations.
