Kristen Schlotzhauer

Kristen Schlotzhauer is an associate in the Miami office of Wicker Smith, focusing primarily on general liability and retail matters.

Prior to joining Wicker Smith in 2024, Kristen practiced at a full service law firm where she handled first-party property cases. She also has vast experience in complex construction and professional liability litigation. Kristen graduated from the University of Miami in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. She then went on to earn her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law.

During law school, Kristen was a recipient of the Law Merit Scholarship, Dean’s Award and CALI Awards in Criminal Law, Constitutional Law, Property Law, and Election Law. She was also an active Trial Team member and Research Assistant.

During her free time, Kristen enjoys traveling, yoga, and boating. She is admitted to practice in the state of Florida and is fluent in Spanish.
