Lauren Bannett

Lauren N. Bannett is an associate in Wicker Smith’s Fort Lauderdale office where she works in a variety of practice areas, but primarily premises liability, transportation and first party property matters.

Lauren attended Florida State University, where she majored in Biological Science and minored in Chemistry. She graduated in 2020, and continued on to Florida State University College of Law, earning her Juris Doctor in 2024. During law school, she was President of Phi Alpha Delta, Vice President of the Transfer Student Organization, Treasurer of the Jewish Law Students Association, and an External Affairs Committee Member of the Student Bar Association. She was also a Teaching Assistant for the JM Program – Intellectual Property Risk Management.

Lauren served as a dedicated summer associate for Wicker Smith prior to joining the firm as an associate in 2024. She also worked as a law clerk for a Broward insurance defense and civil recovery firm.

Outside of practicing law, Lauren enjoys playing piano, guitar, and alto saxophone; she also loves drawing. She is admitted to practice in the state of Florida.
