Lindsey GrossmanBiographyLindsey Grossman is an associate in Wicker Smith’s Naples office, where she focuses her practice primarily on medical malpractice, premises liability, professional malpractice, and civil litigation matters. In 2014, Lindsey graduated magna cum laude from the University of Miami with a double major in Political Science and World Religion. She then went on to receive her Juris Doctor from George Washington University Law School in 2018, graduating cum laude. While in law school, she served on the Mock Trial Board and Federal Communications Law Journal. She was also awarded the ABA & BNA Award for Excellence in Health Law, Pro Bono Service Award and was a Thurgood Marshall Scholar. Prior to joining Wicker Smith in 2018, Lindsey served as an intern for the Securities & Exchange Commissions (SEC) in Washington, D.C. where she was the Honors Intern for the Division of Enforcement. Lindsey is admitted to practice in the state of Florida and is an active member of The Florida Bar, Collier County Women’s Bar Association and the Young Lawyers Division.
