Zachary Klein

Zachary Klein is an associate in Wicker Smith’s Atlanta office, where he works in a variety of practice areas, focusing primarily on general liability and retail.

Prior to joining Wicker Smith as an Associate in 2024, Zachary served as a law clerk for the Florida Dept. of Business and Professional Regulation in the Hotels & Restaurants and Real Estate divisions. He attended Florida State University, where he majored in Sport Management and minored in Population Studies and Hospitality Entrepreneurship, graduating magna cum laude. He then went on to continue his education at Florida State University College of Law, earning his Juris Doctor in 2024.

During law school, Zachary served as a Teaching Assistant for Legal Writing and Research I & II and the New Student Orientation. He was also Associate Justice of the Student Government Association’s Supreme Court of FSU, President of Jewish Law Students Association, College of Law Student Ambassador and active Committee Member of the Student Bar Association.

He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia. Outside of practicing law, Zachary enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, exploring new restaurants, and playing soccer.
