Wicker, Smith, O’Hara, McCoy & Ford, P.A. is pleased to announce that Jason Glusman has been invited to join the prestigious Claims and Litigation Management Alliance. The CLM is a nonpartisan alliance comprised of thousands of insurance companies, corporations, Corporate Counsel, Litigation and Risk Managers, claims professionals and attorneys. Through education and collaboration the organization’s goals are to create a common interest in the representation by firms of companies, and to promote and further the highest standards of litigation management in pursuit of client defense. Selected attorneys and law firms are extended membership by invitation only based on nominations from CLM Fellows.
Fort Lauderdale – Shareholder Jason A. Glusman has represented clients in multiple state and federal litigation involving pharmacy negligence, aviation, employment, wrongful death, catastrophic personal injury, premises liability and ADA lawsuits. He currently serves as Statewide Pharmacy Counsel for the largest employee-owned supermarket chain in the United States and Statewide Counsel for one of the world’s leading specialty retailers of fashionable accessories. He also serves as an Adjunct Professor at the Nova Southeastern Shepard Broad Law Center where he teaches pre-trial practice. Mr. Glusman graduated from the University of Florida in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts. He went on to earn a Juris Doctor from John Marshall Law School in 2000. He joined Wicker Smith in 2003.
